Warrior Heart Meditation
The premise of this meditation practice is based on developing a ”body of breath” by learning, utilising and integrating the Warrior Heart method into your everyday practice. By channelling your inner body energy and accessing ancient methods of breath control you will discover how to experience and listen to your heart as it awakens. Our heart is the door to our human and spiritual awareness, we are not thinking beings that sometimes feel, we are feeling beings who occasionally think! The Warrior Heart connectedness helps us to better understand, love and cherish ourselves and others as one. This is your journey, this is Warrior Heart Meditation!

Why do we need to meditate?
At Warrior Heart searching for peace of mind, inner peace or what Eckhart Tolle refers to as the "peace of God" is an inner space beyond being happy or unhappy. The difference is that happiness is reliant on external circumstances or situations whereas peace is the gift we give ourselves and thus the world around us.
Meditation is one very substantial way of nurturing the awareness of peace within ourselves and Warrior Heart Meditation wants to bring this awareness to as many people as possible by nurturing compassion, heartfulness and strength of character. As human beings, we have strayed from our innate ability to recentre, heal and cultivate a strong mind, body and soul, these practices support the need to open, protect and secure that for which we have lost to a large degree, in short, to find space for the heart centre to grow, to enable personal exploration and to find that divine self which resides in all of us and for which "peace" lights the way.
There is one more point I would like to make in regards to why we need to meditate it's based on neuroscience and concerns the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system in simple terms the SNS (sympathetic nervous system) prepares the body to fight, flight or freeze, the PNS (parasympathetic nervous system) restores the body to its normal position. As human beings, we have been programmed to a certain extent to operate mostly in this state of SNS worrying about how we look, where we live, and how much money we make, obviously, this list could go on forever and for many of us it does, simply put we are in an "activated state" of SNS almost constantly and without even knowing. Meditation, contemplation and even prayer are methods by which we enable ourselves to be in a "deactivated state" of PNS another way of putting this is to realise that the mind is a wonderful servant, but a poor master, at Warrior Heart we want to pave the way back to this natural and inherent way of being by providing meditation practices that not only resound in the times we live in but have always been present since the dawn of man, this has always been our journey...This is Warrior Heart Meditation.
